Because of the lack of human factor in online ordering, you should consider the issues below, before you complete your order:

- You cannot change or cancel an order, once sent.
- Topping/product removal doesn’t change the price of the pizza.
- Minimal charge is 10 BGN.
- The customer data for first-time orders may be confirmed by phone. The phone field is mandatory.
- BIG BOY cannot guarantee the constant functioning of www.bigboypizza.bg and cannot be held responsible for technical problems and interruptions.
